• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the program, lack of results, or changes in personal or business circumstances.

• No Guarantees: While we provide proven frameworks and guidance, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Your success depends on many factors, including your implementation, effort, and business context.

• No Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes through your credit card issuer, bank, or payment processor. Doing so will be considered a breach of these Terms of Service. Any chargeback will be contested to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, including providing this agreement and proof of service delivery.

• Waiver of Withdrawal Rights: For digital and consulting services, you expressly agree to waive any statutory “cooling off” period or right of withdrawal where applicable, as our services are considered customized and begin upon purchase.

We reserve the right to remove or block access to our services or community if payment is reversed or disputed without cause.
